Return & Exchange Policy:

• All gemstones are natural and custom-selected, therefore no return or refund is applicable once the order is confirmed.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if a wrong product is delivered.

• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Used, damaged, altered, or resized gemstones are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Natural characteristics such as color variations, inclusions, or clarity differences are normal in gemstones and will not be considered as defects.

• The product must be returned in original condition along with certification (if provided).
